Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of post-qualification experience in Logistics Function.
• Full Time Graduate (Any Discipline).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air Import Consolidation operations and ensure timely execution of shipment-related activities.
• Coordinate with overseas associates, airlines, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless movement of cargo.
• Liaise with CHA and Operations teams for timely customs clearance and delivery of consignments.
• Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with overseas partners, airlines, and service providers to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Monitor and facilitate timely processing of remittance-related documentation and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and process payment advice and related operational documents.
• Track operational costs and support cost-control initiatives to achieve budgeted targets and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate issuance and administration of Marine Insurance policies and arrange insurance coverage for customer shipments as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, statutory requirements, and customer service standards.
• Prepare operational reports/MIS and undertake any other duties assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
