Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communication with Airlines and Foreign Associates, checking emails, receiving Pre alerts, coordination with the airline/associates for discrepancy, if any.
• Creating job in Corvi, issuing ACAN to customers & CHAs, checking arrival status of flights.
• Filing CGM in ICEGATE, releasing online delivery order, making payment vouchers for airline DOs.
• Sending cargo arrival status to customers on daily basis.
• Tracking the shipment and checking for the schedule.
• Checking for short-landing and coordinating with the Airline/Associate for resolution of the issue.
• Raising invoice to Customers/CHAs and collection of payment.
• Filing of all shipment related documents and uploading in Corvi.
• Co-ordination with Associates, remittance cell and Corporate for reconciliation and release of payments.
• Any other Job assigned time to time
