Responsibilities

• Communicate with Airlines and Foreign Associates, check emails, receive Pre alerts, coordinate discrepancies if any.
• Create job in Corvi, issue ACAN to customers & CHAs, check arrival status of flights.
• File CGM in ICEGATE, release online delivery order, prepare payment vouchers for airline DOs.
• Send cargo arrival status to customers daily.
• Track shipments and monitor schedules.
• Check forShort‑landing and coordinate with Airline/Associates for resolution.
• Raise invoice to Customers/CHAs and collect payments.
• File all shipment related documents and upload in Corvi.
• Coordinate with Associates, remittance cell and Corporate for reconciliation and release of payments.

Job description

1. Communication with Airlines and Foreign Associates, checking emails, receiving Pre alerts, coordination with the airline/associates for discrepancy, if any.
2. Creating job in Corvi, issuing ACAN to customers& CHAs, checking arrival status of flights.
3. Filing CGM in ICEGATE, releasing online delivery order, making payment vouchers for airline DOs.
4. Sending cargo arrival status to customers on daily basis.
5. Tracking the shipment and checking for the schedule.
6. Checking for short-la2ding and to co-ordinate with the Airline/ Associate for resolution of the issue.
7. Raising invoice to Customers/ CHAs and collection of payment.
8. Filing of all shipment related documents and uploading in Corvi.
9. Co-ordination with Associates, remittance cell and Corporate for reconciliation and release of payments.
10. Any other Job assigned time to time.
