Jobitus in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for electrical, instrument, auxiliary chemical and packing materials. The role involves handling floating enquiries, preparing comparative statements, and negotiating with vendors to ensure timely supply.

The incumbent will coordinate with user, stores and accounts departments, participate in vendor development and registration, and prepare MIS.

• Procure electrical, instrument, auxiliary chemicals and packing materials.

Responsabilidades

• Floating enquiries and preparing comparative statements.
• Negotiating with vendors for favorable terms.
• Preparing proposals for commercial approval and purchase orders in ERP.
• Coordinating with user, stores and accounts departments.
• Vendor development and registration activities.
• Preparing MIS reports and forwarding invoices and purchase orders.
• Document filing and records maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of 5S, QC, TPM.
