Job summary

Aanya Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to assist in vendor selection, approval, and finalising purchase orders. The role supports budgeting, cost control, and reduction of material costs, with a focus on value engineering and performance monitoring across projects.

The candidate will conduct site visits, study market trends in raw materials, and prepare monthly MIS reports by project and company to drive cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in vendor selection and approval.
• Assist in finalising and releasing Purchase orders.
• Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly and Annual Purchase Budget.
• Assist in preparing the annual capital purchase budget.
• Assist in controlling the Inventory Cost.
• Control and Reduction in the Input Material Cost.
• Working out various schemes that will save cash outflow for the company.
• Working on alternative materials, which can save cost, maintenance and enhance quality.
• Assist in studying Value engineering proposals and get the same sanctioned from Quality and Construction Department.
• Assisting in monitoring Vendor Performance.
• Periodic visits to sites for assessing vendor performance based on (QCD) Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Outstation visits for Vendor selection and purchase of material.
• Prepare the agenda and minutes of departmental meetings and making a meaningful work plan form the same.
• Updating the department head in advance about the market trends of raw material prices.
• Prepare monthly purchase MIS-Project-wise-Company-wise.

Job description

• Control and Reduction in the Input Material Cost.
• Working out various schemes that will save cash outflow for the company.
• Working on alternative materials, which can save cost, maintenance and enhance quality.
• Assist in studying Value engineering proposals and get the same sanctioned from Quality and Construction Department.
• Assisting in monitoring Vendor Performance. Preparing monthly reports on materials procured during the period and vendor performance.
• Periodic visits to sites for assessing vendor performance based on (QCD) Quality, Cost and Delivery. During this visit interacting with Quality Executive to get information on the quality problems and deciding the counter measures for the same.
• Outstation visits for Vendor selection and purchase of material.
• Prepare the agenda and minutes of departmental meetings and making a meaningful work plan form the same.
• Updating the department head in advance about the market trends of raw material prices. Intimating in advance about the fluctuation in raw materials rates/quantity or in such event in making.
• Prepare monthly purchase MIS-Project-wise-Company-wise.
