Job description

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs).
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Stores, Inventory, Production, Accounts, and Logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, invoices, and other documentation.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and material shortages.
• Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.
