Job summary

Responsibilities

Operate ETP plant including pretreatment, oil removal, pH correction, primary and secondary treatment.
Operate WWRP via pretreatment, MGF and ACF, UF and RO, and ZLD processes.
Maintain chemical consumption and stock records.
Back wash MGF, ACF & UF regularly.
Keep ETP area clean and documents daily effluent-related records.
Perform chemical dosing in ETP, UF & RO based on water analysis.
Ensure strict workplace safety practices.
Maintain maintenance records and handle solid waste from ETP.
Conduct pre-shift risk assessments and toolbox talks with the team.
Analyze ETP inlet and outlet parameters.

Role Purpose Statement

Responsible for smooth operation of effluent treatment plant and maintain chemical consumption and stock record.

Main Accountabilities

Responsible for smooth operation of ETP plant (i.e. preliminary treatment, Oil removal and PH correction, primary treatment, chemical/physical treatment, and secondary treatment (biological and secondary clarifier)).
Responsible for smooth operation of WWRP (pretreatment for WWRP, MGF and ACF, UF and RO operations.) and ZLD operation.
Responsible to maintain chemical consumption and stock records.
Responsible for frequently back wash of MGF, ACF & UF.
Responsible for housekeeping of ETP area.
Responsible chemical dosing in ETP, UF & RO as per water analysis report.
Ensuring strict implementation of workplace safety.
Preparing & maintaining daily records of effluent generation, effluent treated, water recovered and RO reject.
Maintain the records of maintenance work.
To maintain the solid waste (removal and handling) generated from ETP processes.
To conduct pre shift risk assessment and tool box talk with the entire team.
Analysis of ETP inlet & ETP outlet parameters.

Technical
