Job summary

SDP HR Solution in Ankleshwar, Gujarat seeks a Plant Operations Engineer to oversee ETP, RO, MEE and ATFD systems, ensuring safe, compliant operation and optimal performance. Coordinate with maintenance teams, manage process upsets, and implement improvements to meet environmental standards.

You will monitor effluent generation, conserve water, reduce utility costs, and prepare regulatory reports while enforcing safety to maintain zero accidents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETP, RO, MEE and ATFD operations to ensure smooth running.
• Monitor hazardous waste generation, treatment and disposal in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance documentation and maintain records as per statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for pollution control compliance (CCE EC CTE).
• Aim for zero accidents by implementing preventive safety measures.

Job Description:

• Responsible for smooth running of Effluent treatment plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Multiple effect Evaporators (MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD) and hazardous waste disposal.
• Ensure Operational cost reduction by optimizing power, manpower, utilities and chemical consumption.
• Treatment techniques in vision of quality/quantity (High TDS/ COD, Process effluents etc.)
• Conduct environmental programs like water conservation, water recycle & reuse, waste reduction.
• Responsible for all operation in effluent treatment plant.
• Monitoring the hazardous waste generation, treatment & disposal of the same.
• Responsible for all compliance documentation & Maintain documentations as per statutory.
• Preparation of trend Analysis for the Pollution control measures with respect to Environment parameters and reviewing the actual performance with the standard/expected results.
• Preparation of Monthly and Annual reports (CCE EC CTE compliance).
• Capable to run the plant with zero accidents by taking preventive measures with respect to Safety.
