Responsibilities

• Receipt & processing of cheques, drafts, dividend warrants and other instruments.
• Handle requests for new account opening and transaction updates with/without supervisor.
• Respond to customer service inquiries including balances, statements and fees.
• Address queries and escalate to authorities as required.
