DBS Bank (Indonesia) seeks an Operations professional in Pennagaram, India, to manage banking transactions, customer service requests, and compliance. The role requires 2-4 years in banking and a degree in Banking or Commerce, with strong interpersonal skills and client relationship abilities.

This full-time position focuses on processing cash and other instruments, account updates, and adherence to regulations while delivering reliable service to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and bank policies for all banking transactions.
• Process cash transactions, transfers, and instrument clearing.
• Receipt and processing of cheques, demand drafts, and other instruments within limits.
• Process requests for new account opening and transaction updates with/without officer authorization.
• Handle customer service requests and respond to inquiries, balances, statements and fees.
• Address queries and grievances within defined timelines and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and bank policies for all processes related to banking transactions
• Process cash transactions, transfer transactions and clearing of instruments
• Receipt & processing of cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders & other instruments, bills for deposits up to authorized limits
• Process requests for new account opening, transaction updation etc., either jointly with an officer or independently, upon specific authorisation in this regard
• Process customer service requests, Respond to customer service account inquiries such as account balances, transaction details, statements and fees/charges.
• Address customer queries and grievances within the defined timelines and elevate when required to the appropriate authorities
