Job summary

You will work with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Quality and external partners to maintain high customer satisfaction; the role requires 3–6 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain, a Bachelor’s degree, SAP MM experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–6 years in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, and export & domestic documentation.
• Hands-on SAP MM experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shipments to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Ensure GST, E-Way Bill compliance for shipments.

Designation: Officer Customer Service Development

As a Customer Service Supervisor, the role includes customer order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and supply chain activities. The role ensures timely order fulfillment, compliance with statutory requirements, and high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) by planning and monitoring shipments in coordination with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with GST, E-Way Bill, and all mandatory documentation for domestic and export shipments.
• Work on the SAP MM module for order processing and billing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills
