Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor in Maharashtra, India. The role involves monitoring daily production, planning per MPS, ensuring timely delivery and product quality, and managing inventory with ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of production supervision experience, speaks effectively, and can lead teams on the shop floor while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• ERP proficiency, preferably INFOR ERP.
• Knowledge of ISO-QMS/SMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and ensure DPR accuracy.
• Plan production as per MPS and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain product quality and minimize downtime, wastage.
• Manage inventory and material calculations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.
• Train and allocate manpower on the shop floor.

• Inventory management.
• Minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage
• Monitor & execute machine performance.(Reduction, carburizing, Ball mill, Dryer)
• Process monitoring & Supervision
• Data entries in ERP and MS Excel.
• Managing Job work
• Raw material Calculations.
• Co-ordination with Press shop Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
• Manpower allocation & Training
