Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced O365 Admin roles for Hyderabad/Pune. The candidate will manage Microsoft 365 services, Azure AD, and Intune across hybrid environments, ensuring secure access and device compliance.

Responsibilities include scripting with PowerShell, monitoring service health, and supporting change management with robust runbooks. The role targets professionals with 8–14 years of hands-on O365 experience.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in IT administration or a closely related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
• Strong understanding of identity and access across Azure AD/Entra ID and on-prem AD; hybrid identity; SSO and MFA.
• Experience designing and enforcing Intune policies for MDM/MAM across multiple devices.
• Knowledge of security baselines, conditional access, DLP, and information protection labeling.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

Job Description:

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
• Manage identity and access across Azure AD/Entra ID and onprem AD: user lifecycle, groups, conditional access, SSO, MFA, and hybrid (Azure AD Connect/Cloud Sync).
• Design and enforce Intune (MEM) policies for MDM/MAM: device enrollment (Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, macOS), compliance, configuration profiles, app protection and app configuration policies.
• Implement security baselines, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365 integrations, and DLP/Information Protection (labels, sensitivity, retention) where applicable.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation (Graph/Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/Intune modules) for provisioning, reporting, monitoring, and remediation.
• Operate and improve monitoring/alerting dashboards and reports (e.g., service health, message trace, audit logs, signin logs, endpoint compliance).
• Troubleshoot user and service issues endtoend (identity, mail flow, Teams calling/meetings, SharePoint permissions, device enrollment) and drive RCAs with preventive actions.
• Support change/release management, patching, and feature rollouts; maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
