Mandatory Skills:

• Experience: 10-14 years in Active Directory, M365 Management, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, Vendor management
• Hands-on technical experience with M365 tools, Active Directory, SSO solutions, including design and architecture exposure
• Managing day-to-day operations ensuring high availability, scalability, and security

Technical Responsibilities:

• Office 365, Active Directory, SSO, and Azure AD management
• Design and oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune implementations
• Architect hybrid identity solutions, including domain controllers and Azure AD Connect
• Develop and manage SSO and OAuth solutions
• Optimize DNS and network security, design RADIUS authentication
• Implement security best practices including MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust
• Utilize PowerShell, Azure Automation for monitoring and automation
• Ensure operational health of OneDrive and SharePoint environments
• Administer enterprise Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
• Plan, design, and deploy Exchange Online; automate tasks with PowerShell
• Manage Office 365 security, compliance, licenses, policies, and troubleshoot user/application issues
• Design and manage Active Directory and SSO solutions, including AAD and ADFS
• Provide end-user support, training, and support for hardware and software
• Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and ensure security and governance
