The role covers planning migrations, end-user training, and collaboration with Microsoft support for service requests, ensuring compliant and secure cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Ability to administer Exchange Online, Exchange On‑Prem, and related Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of security policies and data protection in a cloud environment.
