Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to promote wheel products and drive growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers domestically and internationally.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production and Quality to meet customer requirements.
• Develop plans to increase market share and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer meetings, presentations, negotiations and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with NPD for new product development based on market demand.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote wheel products and achieve business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers in tractor/earth moving and wheel manufacturing industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities to acquire new customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase market share and expand the companys customer base.
• Handle customer meetings, business presentations, commercial negotiations, and marketing-related activities.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Coordinate with the NPD team for new product development based on market demand and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive Components, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, especially those having hands-on experience in wheel product development.
