Job summary

Bhrit Consultancy in Malur, Karnataka seeks an NPD Engineer to support requirement capture, concept development, prototype coordination, testing, documentation and production handover for off-highway attachments and related engineered products.

The role involves coordinating design inputs, samples, tests and prototype builds, as well as contributing to DFMEA, design reviews, and cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Understanding of product-development process and IDEAS from concept to production.
• Foundational mechanical engineering knowledge and design principles.
• Ability to read drawings and use CAD tools.
• CoordinatePrototype builds, testing and validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Experience with Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor for part modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document customer, application and product requirements.
