Job summary

Roots Group of Companies is seeking a tooling development coordinator in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to support new product tooling development and production readiness. The role requires close coordination with tool rooms, external vendors, and process engineers to ensure timely completion and first-time qualification of components.

• Knowledge in PPAP
• Knowledge in Injection moulding tooling process
• Knowledge in injection moulding process

Responsibilities

• Coordination with tool room during new product tooling development
• Participate in technical review meeting
• Coordination with external tool rooms for new product development and ensure timely completion
• Stage by stage checking of tooling process to ensure component is qualified in 1st trial
• coordination with customer for technical queries and discussions of new products
• Adhering to the New product productionization target defined by the company
• Coordination with process engineer for trials and PPAP
