Job summary

Teleperformance hiring a Team Lead International Process (BFSI) to lead an AML/KYC operation in Malad, Mumbai. You will manage a team, monitor KPIs/SLAs, coach members, and drive productivity and quality in a 24/7 shift environment.

We seek 1+ year of team leadership in international BPO, BFSI exposure, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. Immediate joiners preferred; share resume with CTC, notice period.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of team leadership in an international BPO environment.
• Exposure to BFSI processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong experience in AML, Fraud, and KYC processes.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, SLAs and team performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
