The role requires daily CV submissions, weekly client calls, and strong pipeline management to achieve 3–5 joiners per month while maintaining trackers and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing top talent and mapping profiles to requirements.
• Daily submission of 6–7 CVs to clients mandated.
• Ability to close 3–5 joins per month for ongoing mandates.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including client and candidate management.
• Conduct weekly client calls and share MOM with client and operations team.
• Maintain position and candidate trackers; monitor response times and status.
• Source candidates via portals, networking sites, and sourcing tools.
• Map critical skills, evaluate profiles, shortlist, and assess candidates.
• Rotate candidates to optimize conversions and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Attend client review meetings, manage expectations, and resolve recruitment challenges.
• Drive drive-wise/position-wise analytics to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Negotiate closures and ensure successful placements.

• Formulate a sourcing strategy and identify target talent pools
• Minimum 6/7 Cvs submitting ti client daily
• Minimum 3/5 joiners per month.
• Weekly client calls with every client SPOC; prepare & share MOM with Client / Director Operations / Recruiters
• Maintain client-wise position tracker (received date, actions taken, response time & status)
• Source potential candidates via job portals, networking sites, and new-age sourcing tools
• Critical skills mapping, profile evaluation, shortlisting & candidate assessments
• Rotate candidates effectively to ensure maximum conversions
• Attend client review meetings, manage expectations, resolve recruitment challenges
• Build continuous candidate pipeline for ongoing mandates
• Maintain drive-wise / position-wise trackers to optimize efficiency & revenue
