Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent through job boards, social media, referrals and networking events.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure timely scheduling.
• Negotiate salary packages and terms on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications and placements.
