Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a NOC Monitoring Engineer in Bengaluru to monitor IT infrastructure, networks, applications and services ensuring high availability. You will use tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG or Splunk and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Must monitor IT infrastructure, networks, applications and services for availability.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and network monitoring.
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of NOC operations and stakeholder management.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with server and application monitoring.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
