Ascendion is seeking a NOC Monitoring Engineer to join its Bangalore team. You will monitor IT infrastructure, networks, applications and services to ensure continuous availability using industry-standard tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG and Splunk.

Responsibilities include incident management, troubleshooting, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain high service levels. The role demands strong communication and ITIL-aligned processes understanding.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented NOC Monitoring Engineer to monitor IT infra, networks, apps and services for availability.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring and ITSM tools like ServiceNow/JIRA.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
