Detailed Job Description

As a NOC Lead supporting the HFCL - BBNL Phase III Project in Meerut via talentpull.in, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of optical and IP network availability, fault management, and team coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing NOC operations, supervising shift engineers, monitoring network traffic and alarms across broadband and optical transmission networks, and ensuring rapid incident resolution and SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) operations and shift engineering teams.
• Oversee network monitoring, alarm management, fault isolation, and incident escalation workflows for the HFCL - BBNL Phase III Project.
• Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), uptime targets, and incident resolution timeframes.
• Coordinate daily NOC maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance, and network performance reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in telecommunications network management, with at least 2+ years in a NOC supervisory or leadership role.
• Expert practical knowledge of 24×7 NOC operations, fault management systems, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong technical background in optical transport networks (DWDM/SDH), FTTH/GPON, and IP/MPLS core infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing large-scale national optical fiber communication projects (e.g., BBNL / BharatNet rollouts).
• Excellent leadership, cross-functional communication, and crisis management skills.
• Preferred immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in India with local residency and availability for on-site operations in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
