Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Optical Fibre and Telecom Infrastructure projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Head, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) laying methodologies and deployment practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of fibre splicing, testing, commissioning, and network acceptance procedures.
