Detailed Job Description

As a NOC Engineer supporting network operations at Aerial Telecom Solutions in Manesar and Gurugram, you will take full operational and technical ownership of network monitoring, alarm management, and initial fault triage. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring network health via advanced Network Operations Center (NOC) dashboards, detecting performance anomalies, logging tickets, and escalating critical outages to senior engineering tiers. You will work in rotational shifts across a 5-day working schedule, coordinate closely with field maintenance crews, and participate in routine preventative maintenance checks. Furthermore, you will maintain accurate incident reports, follow strict departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), and take advantage of company-provided free shuttle pickup and drop facilities for seamless commuting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise telecommunications network nodes, transmission links, and core infrastructure 24/7 via NOC dashboards.
• Detect, triage, log, and elevate network alarms, faults, and performance degradations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate rapid incident resolution with senior NOC engineers, field support teams, and external carrier partners.
• Execute routine network health checks, ping tests, and preliminary diagnostic troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate effectively in rotational shift schedules across a structured 5-day working week.
• Maintain meticulous incident logs, shift handover reports, and ticket documentation in the ITSM system.
• Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal operational escalation protocols.
• Utilize company-provided free shuttle pick-and-drop transportation services for reliable daily commuting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) – Only B.Tech ECE graduates will be considered.
• Fresher / entry-level status eager to launch a professional career in telecommunications and network operations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of telecommunications principles, digital communications, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing basics).
