Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network devices, servers, and services for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents (L2-level), collaborating with Tier 1 and Tier 3 as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

• Data Center Infrastructure: DCIM systems (monitoring chiller plants, AHU, HVAC & PAC)
