Detailed Job Description

As a NOC Engineer – L1 supporting Zynex Technologies across PAN India, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of 24/7 network monitoring, alarm observation, ticket creation, and first-line troubleshooting. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring network health using NMS tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios, analyzing router and switch logs, identifying connectivity anomalies, executing basic diagnostic commands, escalating critical outages to senior engineering tiers, and collaborating directly with multidisciplinary operations squads and recruitment professionals at Zynex Technologies. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure, links, routers, and switches on a continuous basis utilizing advanced Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Identify, triage, log, and categorize incoming network alerts, performance warnings, and service interruption tickets.
• Execute initial level-1 troubleshooting, ping tests, traceroutes, and diagnostic checks to isolate network faults and connectivity drops.
• Escalate complex hardware, routing, and security incidents to Tier-2/Tier-3 engineering teams in accordance with strict SLAs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with network operations centers (NOC), field service engineers, and customer support squads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
