Training Basket in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri area is seeking a Network Monitoring Associate to join the operations team. You will monitor network devices, servers, and applications using monitoring tools and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.

You will log and escalate incidents, maintain documentation, and coordinate with technical teams. The role requires basic networking knowledge and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Formación

• Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
