Job summary

Moraph LLC in Mumbai, India, is hiring a NOC Operations Associate to monitor our global infrastructure around the clock and respond to alerts before users notice issues.

You will triage alerts, follow documented runbooks to restore service, escalate to Tier 3 engineering when needed, and help improve monitoring coverage and alert quality.
