Zohorecruit is seeking a capable NOC Analyst L2 in Chennai to provide advanced operational support for network, cloud, security, and infrastructure services. The role emphasizes complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and vendor coordination, with mentorship for L1 analysts to ensure high availability in enterprise environments.

You will lead incident resolution for P1/P2 outages, monitor via Datadog, and work with Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA) and secure remote access environments.

• Participate in major incident management and reviews.
• Create and maintain runbooks and SOPs.

The NOC Analyst L2 provides advancedoperational support for network, cloud, security, and infrastructure services.This role is responsible for complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis,problem management, vendor coordination, and mentoring L1 analysts whileensuring high availability of enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for network, cloud, andsecurity-related incidents.
  
• Lead incident resolution for Priority 1 and Priority 2 outages.
  
• Datadog monitoring and troubleshooting
  
• Aruba wireless, Hands-on experience with Juniper routers,switches, and firewalls, ISP and internet circuit management
  
• GitHub, including submitting and reviewing pull requests
  
• Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ProblemManagement activities.
  
• Support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access(ZPA), and secure remote access environments.
  
• Troubleshoot routing, firewall, VPN, and applicationconnectivity issues.
  
• Manage cloud infrastructure incidents across Azure and AWSplatforms.
  
• Perform change implementations and maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for issueresolution.
  
• Review infrastructure capacity, availability, and performancetrends.
  
• Mentor L1 analysts and support knowledge managementinitiatives.
  
• Participate in major incident management and operationalreviews.
