About the Role

• Troubleshoot network-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Level 3 technical teams across Data Centre, Cloud, and Network domains.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years in a network operations or support environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in incident/change management within IP services.
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with Cacti, MRTG, and SolarWinds.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Tech Stack: Experience with Cisco Meraki, ASA firewalls, Juniper hardware, VMware, Nutanix, and Microsoft Enterprise Suite.
• Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, VCA, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
