VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. seeks a Nexthink Platform Manager to lead end-to-end IT experience monitoring and analytics. Implement, configure, and administer Nexthink, build dashboards, and develop use cases to elevate user experience across IT, HR, and business teams.
You will collaborate with Service Desk and Workplace Engineering, drive automation with scripting and AI, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Digital Experience Strategy. 4–6 years of relevant experience required.

Experience in implementation, configuration, and administration of the Nexthink platform, ensuring optimal performance and integration with enterprise systems.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, and version enhancements in coordination with vendor support.
Maintain role-based access, data sources, and connectors as per compliance and security policies.
Design and develop custom Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, and score definitions tailored to operational KPIs and user experience goals.
Leverage Nexthink to build executive-level and operational dashboards for IT, HR, and business stakeholders.
Automate recurring reports and visual insights on DEX health, device stability, and performance trends.
Implement Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and custom use cases to monitor critical metrics such as login time, application crashes, network latency, patch compliance, and system responsiveness.
Develop custom scripts and remote actions to automate issue detection and remediation workflows.
Partner with automation and AI teams to integrate Nexthink events into self-healing workflows via ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Python-based automation.
Continuously monitor user experience scores, device health, and incident trends across endpoints.
Detect and analyze crashes, slowdowns, and anomalies affecting end-user experience, and work with technical teams to drive permanent fixes.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring experience degradations and recommend preventive measures.
Identify performance bottlenecks caused by OS updates, software conflicts, or configuration drifts and drive resolution plans.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Engineering, and Application Support teams to correlate Nexthink insights with incident data and optimize service delivery.
Present analytical findings and trend insights during weekly/monthly governance meetings with management.
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge documentation, SOPs, and training content for Nexthink operations and dashboards.
Evaluate new Nexthink modules and capabilities to improve automation and proactive remediation.
Drive innovation through AI-based analytics and sentiment correlation to predict and prevent experience degradation.
Contribute to the Digital Experience Strategy by identifying emerging trends and influencing future tool adoption.
Secondary Skills 1. Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
