Stable Money, India's leading fixed investment platform, is seeking a New User Acquisition and Growth professional in Bengaluru to own growth across paid and organic channels. You will drive traffic, improve conversions, and work with Product, Marketing, CRM and Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience from a Tier-1 engineering college, with strong analytical and execution-driven mindset, and comfort with ambiguity and ownership end-to-end.

• 2-3 years of experience from a Tier-1 engineering college, preferably with MBB consulting or a high-growth company/startup.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end New User Acquisition across paid and organic channels.

• Identify key drop-offs and growth opportunities and drive initiatives to improve conversion.
• Build and optimise CRM and lifecycle journeys to move users from acquisition to their first transaction.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM and Analytics teams to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion and cross-sell.

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented individual to own and drive New User Acquisition and Growth for one of our categories. This is a high-ownership role that involves identifying growth opportunities, improving the user funnel, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
