Stable Money in Mysuru seeks a result-driven sales professional to acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients. You will lead end-to-end processes—from outreach and relationship-building to closing investments in FDs, Bonds, and MFs in the ₹5-10 lakhs range.

You should bring rich networks, proven sales closure, CRM fluency, and the ability to perform under target-driven pressure. Local market experience is essential.

Role Overview

• Target ticket size per customer:₹5-10 lakhs
• Expected to bring strong personal client networks
• Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
• Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of₹5-10 lakhs.
• Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
• Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
• Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
• Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
• Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
• Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
• Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
• High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
• Proven direct sales to retail customers
• Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
• Fluency in English + local language.
