Job summary

Stable Money is building India’s trusted wealth tech platform focused on fixed-income investments. We’re seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to embed with the category team, define problems, build conviction, and drive outcomes with minimal hand-holding.

You’ll work with category leads to size opportunities, own a problem area from hypothesis to execution, and move fast to ship fixes with limited resources. Strong communicator with startup or consultative background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a high-intensity environment (early-stage startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, or equivalent).
• MBA from tier 1 is preferred; product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size the highest-leverage unsolved problems within the category.
• Own a problem area end-to-end from research to execution and iteration.
• Build 0–1 within the category; set up new processes, workflows or user journeys.
• Talk to users, review support tickets, and observe ops to understand problems from first principles.
• Move fast with limited resources; run experiments, ship quick fixes, and decide without waiting for perfect information.
• Plug gaps across product, ops, and growth as needed; no fixed function.
• Synthesize findings and report progress to category team and stakeholders.

About Stable MoneyStable-Alpha aims to build India's most trusted wealth tech platform, focusing on fixed- income investments. We're here to offer tailored solutions to retail investors that maximize and generate predictable returns, coupled with a sacrosanct focus on risk reduction. The household financial assets in India are overwhelmingly dominated by fixed income instruments and are typically low yielding, tax inefficient products. Alternate fixed income products are nuanced and often complex, which presents an opportunity for a platform like ours to simplify fixed income investing for the end user through discoverability, demystification and analytics driven custom fixed-income portfolios. The tailwinds of a rising interest rate environment and a choppy stock market makes this a great time for a platform like ours to be launched into the market.

Entrepreneur in Residence

Stable Money is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to be embedded within the categoryteam. You'll work closely with category lead to identify the highest-leverage unsolvedproblems — whether that's a broken user journey, an untapped segment, a retention gap, oran operational inefficiency — and own the fix end-to-end. This isn't a support role. You'll beexpected to define the problem, build conviction, get on the ground, and drive outcomes withminimal hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with category leads to identify and size the highest-leverage unsolved problems within the category
• Own a problem area end-to-end — from initial research and hypothesis to on-ground execution and iteration
• Build 0–1 within the category — set up new processes, workflows, or user journeys where none exist today
• Get on the ground — talk to users, dig through support tickets, sit with ops, do whatever it takes to understand the problem at first principles
• Move fast with limited resources — run scrappy experiments, ship quick fixes, and make decisions without waiting for perfect information
• Plug gaps across product, ops, and growth as the category demands — this role has no fixed function.
• Regularly synthesise findings and progress back to the category team and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• 3–4 years in a high-intensity environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a generalist role at a high-growth company
• Preferred: MBA from tier 1 & product experience (added advantage)
• A demonstrable bias for action — someone who has started something, fixed something broken, or built something from scratch inside or outside work
• Sharp first-principles thinker — can go from ambiguous brief to structured problem definition to execution plan quickly
• Comfortable with zero structure; doesn't need a manager to define what to work on next
• Willing to do the unglamorous work — user calls, manual ops, ground-level research — without it feeling beneath you
• Strong communicator who can get alignment across a team without formal authority
  Genuine curiosity about fintech, savings behaviour, and building for the Indian retail investor
