Qualifications

• BE Mechanical or BE Production, or Diploma in Mech/Production.
• Experience in aviation manufacturing and AS9100 standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of metal forming, joining, and inspection.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• New Parts process development and FAI with 80% on-time delivery.
• Technology development to support growth.
• Build capabilities to meet ramp-up and volume demands.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce learnings and costs.
• Support estimation and manufacturing database updates.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce learnings curves and achieve cost outs.
• Support business growth thru Estimation Support, feasibility reports and manufacturing database.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
