RGBSI is seeking a New Product Development Manager/ NPD Leader in Engineering. The role focuses on leading new part development, establishing FAI approvals, and driving technology for growth. Strong CAD skills and experience in aviation manufacturing are essential.

The incumbent will drive competencies, support ramp-up volumes, and implement cost-reduction through process improvements and data-driven feasibility analyses.

Qualifications

• BE/ diploma in mechanical or production for engineering leadership.
• Experience in aviation manufacturing quality systems advised.
• Strong skills in CAD tools and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• New parts process development and FAI approvals with 80% on-time delivery.
• Technology development to support growth and plans.
• Build capabilities to meet ramp-up and volumes.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce learnings and costs.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce learnings curves and achieve cost outs.
• Support business growth thru Estimation Support, feasibility reports and manufacturing database.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Delivery Performance – Production, FAI
