Job summary

RGBSI New Product Development Manager will lead advanced engineering initiatives from Hyderabad, taking ownership of NPD processes, FAI/OTD targets, and cross-functional delivery of high-quality parts on schedule.

You will apply CAD/PLM expertise, drive Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and mentor capability development to meet ramp-up needs and future growth.

Qualifications

• BE Mech or BE Production or Diploma in Mech/Production.
• Experience in aviation manufacturing and quality systems.
• Hands-on fabrication and assembly across forming and joining processes.
• Proficient in CAD and metrology tools for product development.

Responsibilities

• New Parts Process Development, Execution and FAI Approvals w/ OTD >80% for FAI, 0 Escapes.
• Technology Development to support business growth and plans
• New Skills Development to build capabilities to meet ramp-up and volumes
• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce learnings curves and achieve cost outs.
• Support business growth thru Estimation Support, feasibility reports and manufacturing database.
