Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a New Product Development Manager / NPD Leader in Mumbai to drive new parts development, FAI approvals, and technology initiatives to support ramp-up and growth. Strong GD&T, project management, and Lean Six Sigma background are essential.

The role requires hands-on fabrication knowledge, CAD proficiency (CATIA/SolidWorks/UG-NX/AutoCAD) and fluent English communication to lead cross-functional teams in an aviation manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BE Mech, BE Production or Diploma in Mech/Production is required.
• AS addition qualifications if any.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New Parts Process Development, Execution and FAI Approvals with OTD >80% for FAI and 0 escapes.
• Technology development to support business growth and ramp-up plans.
• Develop skills and capabilities to meet volume growth.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce learning curves and achieve cost outs.
