Job summary

Hamilton Housewares in Mumbai is seeking a proactive professional to manage end-to-end new product development, conduct market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities, and coordinate product trials and launches. This role interfaces with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will develop vendors for sourcing components, collaborate with Design, Quality, Production and Marketing, onboard new suppliers and drive procurement, negotiations and cost

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new product development activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new product opportunities.
• Coordinate product trials, sample development, and product launches.
• Develop and manage vendors for sourcing components and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Production, and Marketing.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new suppliers/vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Handle procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
