Job summary

Cotton Concepts in India seeks a motivated Product Development Coordinator to drive end-to-end development for woven garments and home textiles. You will manage samples, align with customer specs, and coordinate with design, production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful commercialization.

The role requires strong coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, a focus on quality and cost optimization, and the ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

• Exposure to buyer communication and product development coordination.
• Good understanding of fabric, trims, garment, and home textile manufacturing processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to quality, cost optimization, and meeting customer deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end product development activities for woven garments and home textile products.
• Handle sample development activities and ensure timely execution in line with customer specifications and development timelines.
• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Sourcing teams to support smooth product development and commercialization.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production units for material sourcing, sample execution, and development follow-ups.
• Monitor product specifications, raw material requirements, development progress, and delivery timelines.
• Support bulk merchandising activities and coordinate order execution whenever required.
• Maintain development records, approvals, sample documentation, and other related product development reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost targets, and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Assist in product costing, cost estimation, and development budgeting wherever applicable.
• Monitor development milestones and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time completion of product development activities.
