Qualifications

Responsibilities

Designation: Purchase Executive

Department: Purchase

Responsible for all procurement for the company Responsible for site identification, catchment analysis, market mapping, commercial negotiations, property feasibility report, re-negotiations etc. Sourcing of product from the right supplier at the right price & shortest lead time ( As per TNA) Understand the product indent for Sourcing provided by various departments & understand the product requirement and decide on buyer specifications in terms of Quality and Quantity. Manage the end-to end sourcing for upcoming projects. Identify the right supplier from the Data Bank. As far as possible at least 3 suppliers to be identified for each product. Obtain Competitive Quotes & Preparing "Price comparative statement" of the product for negotiations on price, delivery timelines and other terms and conditions related to payments and mode of delivery. Intimate purchase team on the Finalized supplier, price, delivery, payment & Logistic terms & conditions for procurement. Visit to the supplier premises from time to time to check on the delivery status. Ensure reduction in cost for established materials vide negotiations and identifying alternatives. Trouble shoot and resolve non-conformities between samples / contractual terms and the actuals without any loss to the company Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures. Building long term sustainable relationships with the vendors Timely communication & update to the functional managers on the status of their requirement. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management
