Job summary

Sritva / Trimbak Nutri Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive New Product Development to drive innovation in healthy snacks and FMCG categories. You will develop products, run trials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to market.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Food Technology or Food Science.
• 0-2 years in FMCG, food processing, or product development.
• Knowledge of formulation, shelf-life testing, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products across makhana, dry fruits, seeds, spices, and healthy snacks.
• Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct product trials, formulation development, and sensory evaluations.
• Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams for product development and commercialization.
• Identify suitable raw materials, ingredients, flavours, and packaging solutions.
• Manage product costing, shelf-life testing, and product quality improvement.
• Develop innovative flavours, product variants, and value-added food products.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI and food safety standards.
• Maintain product development records, samples, specifications, and reports.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented New Product Development Executive to drive product innovation and develop new products in the healthy snacking and FMCG food categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products across makhana, dry fruits, seeds, spices, and healthy snacks.
• Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct product trials, formulation development, and sensory evaluations.
