We are looking for a Food Technologist to support food product development, production processes, quality control and food safety for a growing FMCG manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and standardise food products and recipes .
  
• Conduct trials for new products, ingredients and formulations.
  
• Monitor food production processes to ensure consistent quality and product standards .
  
• Prepare and maintain product specifications, formulations and process documents .
  
• Conduct raw material, in-process and finished-product quality checks .
  
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve product/process issues.
  
• Conduct shelf-life, stability and sensory evaluation studies .
  
• Support product improvement, cost optimisation and process development.
  
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements .
  
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices across production areas.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding raw material specifications and quality .
