Job summary

CSM Tech US in Raipur, India seeks a skilled System Administrator to maintain and monitor the call center IT infrastructure. You will manage server hosting and cloud operations, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, app hosting, backups, DR, and security is required. Strong collaboration, documentation, and coordination abilities are essential for effective CSP and external-team interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration and AD integration.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates).
• Experience with MySQL database.
• Solid networking, encryption, identity management and cloud security practices.

• Experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, server management, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience in server and application hosting.
• Should have experience in cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of application hosting, server monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud security, access management, firewalls, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating with CSPs and external technical support teams.
• Ability to prepare SLS/SLA reports and monitor service availability and performance.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prepare and maintain Service Level Status (SLS) reports.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a System Administrator.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in a call center, BPO, or IT-enabled services environment (preferred)
• Experience in Linux and Windows server performance and security compliance
