Job summary

K4 Infotech is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator in India to manage and optimize on-premises and cloud-based systems. The role requires deep Linux/Ubuntu expertise, hands-on AWS and Azure experience, and proficiency with Docker containers.

The candidate will handle networking, security, backups, and disaster recovery, while developing automation scripts to streamline operations and provide 1st/2nd line support. Collaboration with vendors and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Ubuntu.
• Mandatory experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, and routers.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and server management.
• Knowledge of IT security, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Experience with scripting, automation, and patch management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• Good vendor coordination and teamwork skills.
