The role requires deep SAP MII expertise, strong telecom configuration knowledge, and experience in back-office data management to ensure accurate service delivery and efficient operations.

Summary:
In the role of Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring and integrating telecommunication network elements to ensure seamless operation throughout their life cycle. This includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The role also requires overseeing back office system data records to maintain accuracy and consistency. Supporting customer activations and making necessary configuration adjustments are key daily activities, ensuring that network services meet operational standards and customer requirements effectively and efficiently.
