This includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The role also requires overseeing back office system data records to maintain accuracy and consistency. Supporting customer activations and making necessary configuration adjustments are key daily activities, ensuring that network services meet operational standards and customer requirements effectively and efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
• Strong understanding of telecommunication network configurations and lifecycle management.
• Experience in managing back office system data records with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to support customer activations and perform configuration adjustments effectively.
• Familiarity with integration processes between network elements and operational support systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
