Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Network & Services Operation Associate to provide L1/L1.5 support for an international IP services client from Navi Mumbai. You will manage tickets, perform triage, diagnosis, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams, NOCs, field technicians, and third-party vendors to resolve outages.

The role requires strong networking fundamentals, experience with TCP/IP, MPLS, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, with familiarity in NMS tools like Netcool/SolarWinds/Nagios and ticketing

Qualifications

• Team provides L1 and L1.5 support for an international IP services client.
• Handle ticketing, triage, diagnosis and resolution via ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, NOCs, field techs and suppliers as needed.
• Communicate resolution and outage reasons to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for service incidents.
• Analyse alarms, logs and performance metrics.
• Identify root cause across network config, hardware and vendors.
• Restore services within SLA with RCA and preventive recommendations.
• Collaborate with OTA to fix design and configuration gaps.
• Support major incident management (MIM).

What would you do?

• Our team provides L1 and L1.5 support for an international IP services client. We manage customer issues through ServiceNow including ticket creation, triage, diagnosis and resolution. We provide regular customer updates and coordinate with L2 L3 teams, NOCs, field technicians and third party suppliers when required. Once resolved, we communicate the resolution and Reason for Outage to the customer.
• Looking for a candidate who has expertise in Networking and has good knowledge on fundamentals of Network
• Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation. What are we looking for?
• Strong TCP IP routing and switching fundamentals
• Troubleshooting MPLS DIA Voice and Wireless services
• NMS tools such as Netcool SolarWinds and Nagios for real time monitoring detection and analysis
